Roger L. Adams, Jr.
Sgt. Roger L. Adams, Jr., 36, of Jacksonville, North Carolina, died on June 29, 2009, from wounds suffered when an improvised explosive device detonated near his vehicle in Baghdad, Iraq. Sgt. Adams was assigned to the 120th Combined Arms Battalion, Wilmington, North Carolina.
