2010 LCPL Luke Yonkee Memorial Ride

Dear Friends:

Heroes in Action Military Support Outreach is a charitable (501c3) organization shipping care packages monthly overseas to the Troops and aiding our military families in personal needs at home in the states.

Our 3rd Annual Memorial Ride will be held on Saturday, August 14, 2010, at the Secor Metro Park here in the Toledo area. In 2008 we started a Scholarship Fund (set up at Fifth Third Bank) in memorary of LCPL Yonkee, USMC. Our goal again this year is to present the amount of $2,000.00 to a high school student for college in memory of LCPL Yonkee. Any designated funds received in excess of this amount will be applied to other military-related projects.

We are asking donations for door prizes, items for our silent auction and monetary or gift card donations for food for the event. Anything that you can do to help us will be greatly appreciated and is tax deductible.

Thanking you in advance for your generous giving in supporting the men and women of our Armed Forces and remembering the sacrifice that they give for our country and our freedom.
