I wear a silver Hero Bracelet to honor my father.  It simply says:  “SSGT. Joe D. HEROBRACELETS, Thank you for your kind gift to the Gold Star Familes. The fifth year anniversary of his untimely death is soon approaching. However, we will remember him with the help of our family, friends and community. The city of Rochester Hills, MI memorialized his passing with a very special tribute.
